It is located in the Middle Pomerania between two lakes and the sea, a short distance from large cities such as Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot, Wejherowo, Słupsk, Łeba, Białogóra, Dębki.It is an ideal place in the countryside for those seeking peace and quiet, and at the same time with plenty of tourist attractions nearby, e.g. balloon flights, canoeing, mini zoo, mini golf, dino park, bowling, swimming pools, spa, observation tower, horse riding, cruises, sailing, fishing, open-air museums, aqua park.Bychowo is a small, quiet village near the seaside resorts, among lakes, fields and forests. This tourist region offers many attractions for families, roads and streets without traffic jams and easy access to the sights. In our facility you will spend your holidays in peace and quiet by the pool and the beautiful garden where you can enjoy the benefits of nature.The garden is equipped with garden furniture, a gazebo with barbecue, a fireplace, a sandpit for children(on request).And if you feel like it, you will be at the beach in 10 minutes by car without annoying traffic jams.In the village there is a manor house with a restaurant operating seasonally. Other restaurants and larger shops are about 4km and 6km away. The owner is always available by phone, he will help to organise a canoe or rent a boat, guide you to the most interesting sights of the region and suggest where to stock up on fresh fish for the barbecue.Comfortable house with an area of 250m2 and 1110m2 of large garden which can accommodate up to three families at the same time (4-13 people).The house is spacious and comfortable.The house has 5 bedrooms with bathrooms ( a total of 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and 2 on the ground floor) , living room with fireplace , spacious kitchen.The rooms are located on two levels.GROUND FLOOR:Bedroom 1 : for 2 people with access to the garden (terrace), with double bed with bathroomBedroom2 : for 2 people sofa bed, chest of drawers, armchair, bathroomLounge : 60m2 with access to the garden (terrace) , fireplace (wood for the fireplace for a fee), TV , sofa and relaxation armchairs , folding table with chairs , chest of drawersKitchen fully equipped: induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, food processor, coffee maker, can opener , knives, forks, dishes, plates, glasses, etc.BEDROOM 1: spacious bedroom for 3 people with en-suite bathroom, double bed and single bed, chest of drawers, table, chairs, bedside tables, access to the upper terraceBEDROOM 2: spacious bedroom for 2 adults and 2 children, on the first level there is a double bed, chest of drawers, tables and access to the upper terrace.On the second level there is a mezzanine with a double bed, a chest of drawers and an armchair. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a spacious bathroom with separate entrances from each room. There is also a garden with two terraces, a barbecue, garden furniture, a pool in the garden, a sandpit (on request) and a fireplace. There are parking spaces on the premises.The property is fenced and safe for children.We invite you to enjoy a well-deserved rest while enjoying an active holiday.We accept pets, but the guest is obliged to take the animal outside the property for physiological needs. This rule is strictly adhered to in order to take care of the plants in the garden as well as future guests.The owner lives in the other part of the house with a fenced garden .In winter we charge for the heating, wood for the fireplace and a surcharge for the bonfire.The house is best suited for 10-11 people in comfort, the maximum number of sleeping places without extra beds is 13 .During Christmas and New Year's Eve the house cannot be rented out to young people (age over 35 required).The property is equipped with everyday utensils .Bed linenTowels for an extra charge.Ground floor bedrooms adapted for people with disabilities with no thresholds .Exits to the terrace have small steps but are comfortable for a wheelchair .Free Wi-FiPlease remember to go to the toilet outside the property several times during the day with your pet .We do not tolerate aggressive animals .Pets are allowed on some beaches .Final cleaning does not include cleaning up after pets .Excursion possibilities: cruises on Lake Żarnowieckie, boat and jet-ski rentals, fishing, the open-air museum in Nadol, a restaurant, a bar near the bathing beach, balloon flights, the Dinosaur Park in Łeba, seal shows in Serbsko and Hel, resorts with many attractions nearby, rope parks for children and adults in practically every coastal town: Canoeing in Lubkowo, along the Piaśnica river directly to the mouth of the Baltic Sea, safe even for small children, restaurants directly on the water, swimming pools, baths, spas, etc. Along the coastal strip (90 km) there is a bike path from Wierzchucin to Hel (through all the seaside towns).Beautiful sandy beaches: Białogóra, Lubiatowo, Dębki, Aqua Park - Reda. The possibility of visiting the Tricity (Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot) - museums, parks, the oceanarium, ship cruises on the Gulf of Gdańsk, boat trips to Hel, walks on the Motława, visits to the Old Town of Gdańsk.Other sports and recreation facilities: canoeing down the river to the sea, water sports on Lake Żarnowieckie, sports hall rental, sports fields, basketball court, Hotel Sport Mistral approx. 4km with swimming pool, SPA, Jacuzzi and saunas, boowling, billiards, table tennis, Kaszubskie Oko complex with attractions for children playgrounds, minigolf, dinosaurs, restaurant.
