Living-room kitchen, 2 bedrooms, both with double bed, upstairs 7 beds, low ceiling upstairs (maximum height 160 cm), utility room with shower, separate toilet, partially covered large terrace. Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor (geothermal). Also equipped with a cooling device connected to geothermal heat. No sauna in the villa, but there is a separate lakeside sauna. Lakeside building (22 m²) with sauna, washroom (shower), dressing room, guest bedroom with foldable bed for two and terrace. There is no toilet in the sauna building. Carport for two cars. NOTE! charging an electric/hybrid car is prohibited (the geothermal machine can be damaged if there is an electrical overload).
