Huis in Chiclana bij La Barrosa Strand
Outside, the house has a private porch with a gas barbecue and a table for 4 people, as well as several chairs and high stools, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. The property shares a large chlorine pool (9x4 meters with a depth of 1 to 2 meters) with two other homes, equipped with protection for children, outdoor shower and toilet. Behind the houses there is a large communal grass area with soccer goals, ideal for the little ones to play in complete safety. Additionally, the plot is completely fenced, providing additional peace of mind for families.
The interior of the house is distributed in a functional way to make the most of the space. It has a living room with Smart TV for moments of leisure, and a kitchen with a ceramic hob and the basic equipment to cook during your vacation. The accommodation has two bedrooms: the first with a double bed, fan and wardrobe; and the second with a bunk bed and fan, ideal for children. There is a bathroom with shower and sink. Although the house does not have air conditioning or central heating, it has radiators and fans to guarantee comfort at any time of the year. Finally, please note that there is no crib or high chair in the property.
This house is located in one of the most attractive areas of the Cadiz coast. Here you can enjoy the beautiful beaches such as La Barrosa and Sancti Petri, known for their crystal clear waters and fine sand, perfect for relaxing or practicing water sports. In addition, the Sancti Petri marina offers activities such as boat trips and kayaking. Also a must-see is the historic center of Chiclana, with its food market and the church of San Juan Bautista. For nature lovers, the Bahía de Cádiz Natural Park is ideal for hiking and bird watching.
