It is located in Porec, a tourist place in Istria.The house has 192 m2 on two floors. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 private bathrooms, toilet, living room and kitchen.There is a living room with a TV and a fully equipped kitchen with 8 seats on the ground floor.One bedroom is located on the ground floor and the other two are on the first floor. Each room has a TV, air conditioning, and a private balcony with a table and chairs.The first restaurant and marketplace are 1 km away from the property. The neighborhood is very peaceful, "touristy" and ideal for families with children who need a stress-free vacation.Holiday house "Luca" has a twin sister which is located next to it - Holiday house "Evida".
