After a day full of activities or at the beach, there is nothing like a refreshing swim in the shared pool that the guests of the house can use. It is a chlorine pool that measures 7 x 7 meters and has a depth of 1.4 meters. There is also a children's swimming area measuring 3.5 x 3.5 meters with a depth of 0.40 meters. The house has a private garden area, where our guests can also sunbathe on one of the sun loungers next to the house, read a book under the umbrella or prepare a delicious barbecue to enjoy on the beautiful furnished porch. The garden is fenced and there are other chalets in this quiet residential area. The house has 130 m2 distributed over two floors. Upon entering the ground floor we find a large room shared by a living room, dining room and kitchen. It is equipped with sofas where we can sit and watch satellite television (German channels) while we cool off with the air conditioning. The dining area has a table that can comfortably seat 9 people. A small bar differentiates this space from the kitchen, which is fully equipped for cooking during the holidays: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher,... In the house you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest, the house has 5 bedrooms. The first of them is located on the ground floor and has a double bed. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the floor. Upstairs we find the rest of the bedrooms. The first with two single beds, another with a bunk bed, a third with two more single beds and the last with a double bed. All bedrooms on both floors are equipped with wardrobes and air conditioning, and some have access to the terrace or balcony. A bathroom with a bathtub serves this floor. If you are traveling with a baby we can provide you with a cot and high chair upon request. Cala d'Or is a tourist area par excellence in the south of Mallorca. Apart from having all the services for an independent stay, such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets,... it also has a great vacation atmosphere to spend an unforgettable vacation. The closest beach to the house is Cala Egos, a small sandy beach with turquoise waters that will delight our visitors. In this area we find other beautiful beaches such as Cala d'Or, Portopetro, Cala Mondragó,... You can also visit inland towns such as Felanitx and Campos and learn about local traditions. If you want to play golf you have a course really close, just 8.5 km away. The community pool is always open. The use of air conditioning is free from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. If you want to use it 24 hours a day, there is an additional cost. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.
