The main terrace of this house becomes the perfect place to relax having a delicious breakfast, or enjoying a bit of the sun on one of the two sun loungers, before setting out to explore the island throughout the day. On your return, you can also enjoy a tasty dinner outdoors taking advantage of the cool summer evenings. Then, a second upper terrace, accessed from a bedroom, invites you to have a glass of wine in calm. The house offers very spacious and comfortable rooms. Upon entering they find an impressive room that unifies the living room, with television, with the dining area and the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, everything necessary for cooking and a small island with stools that gives a touch of life to this space. The laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. This main floor is completed with a toilet (shower is not available). Going up the stairs, you reach a second living room and the three bedrooms. The first has a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, space to accommodate a crib and a high chair, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second also has a double bed, air conditioning, access to the upper terrace, a dresser and a hanger. And the last one, also with a hanger and chest of drawers for your clothes, has a single bed. Finally, the upstairs has a bathroom with a bathtub. The accommodation is located a few meters from the center of Sa Pobla, where you will find a multitude of bars and restaurants serving Majorcan food, tapas or other styles. On Sundays the weekly market is held with lots of fruit, vegetables and other local products. The northern beaches are about a 15-minute drive away, including Son Serra de Marina, the closest, or Playas de Muro and Can Picafort. The Pollença golf course is 10 km away in case you fancy playing a round and having an entertaining day. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets.
