Surrounded by nature and with powerful greenery in every corner, the exteriors of this property invite you to relax. Get your strength every morning with a Mediterranean breakfast to spend a long morning sunbathing on the grass or on the 8 sun loungers and swimming in the private chlorine pool, 8 x 4 m and 0.9 to 1.9 m deep. Then, the porch invites you to enjoy an exquisite barbecue. In addition, for your greater comfort, there is an outdoor bathroom with a shower. The plot is fenced and enjoys absolute privacy.
The house, with 2 floors, welcomes you with a rustic dining room. Then they have the kitchen - equipped with a ceramic hob, the necessary utensils and access outside - as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and 2 bedrooms with two single beds. Going up the stairs (with a barrier for children) you have the living room, -where you can watch TV (with satellite channels and Smart-TV) or listen to music-, as well as another bathroom with a bathtub and 2 more bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. All rooms have a wardrobe and air conditioning. There is a washing machine, iron, ironing board, 2 fans, 1 cot and 1 high chair.
The location of this property is perfect if you love the countryside, nature, tranquility and, at the same time, the sea, as it is located about 6 km from the town of Alcúdia and 6 km from the beach of Puerto de Alcúdia. This coastal area offers all the services you can imagine, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, etc. In Alcanada, 10.2 km away, they have one of the best golf courses on the island. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.
