This newly built, detached holiday home is located in the immediate vicinity of Umag, a famous tennis town and holiday oasis with numerous beaches to choose from. Located in a quiet side street of the village of Petrovija, on a large green lawn, where you can relax in complete peace. Beaches in and around Umag are easily and quickly accessible. Directly from the living room you have access to the beautiful and spacious terrace, which offers plenty of shade. Each room also has a separate small terrace.Spar, Lidl and Kaufland supermarkets are only a few minutes away. There are also restaurants: one right across the street and others within walking distance.The front door can only be reached by stairs, so it is not suitable for wheelchair users.
