From the living area there is an exit to the balcony, which offers a wonderful view of the pool area with garden.Outside the flat, guests can enjoy the shared pool, sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and a garden table with Istrian stone benches. There is also a games room for children and adults with a pool table, table tennis, TV, flat screen, sofas and armchairs. For added convenience, the entire property is fenced and free public parking is available near the complex (50 metres).There is a wide range of leisure activities in the vicinity of the flat: the tourist train station, which takes you to the sandy, pebble and rocky beaches of the tourist village of Lanterna just 3 km away, is 50 metres away.
