Enjoy a beach vacation in this wonderful house. The latter is only 1km away so, after having breakfast under the porch, after taking a walk, you can go bathe, sunbathe and have fun as many times as you want. On your return, you can have a delicious outdoor barbecue on the furnished terrace.

Inside the house you can breathe a strong feeling of peace, thanks to the spacious and well-kept rooms. The living-dining room is simply ideal for relaxing watching satellite TV, relaxing or eating together. The kitchen, with access to the terrace, is equipped with an induction hob and the essentials to cook at home. There are three bedrooms with a wardrobe and fan, a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and two of them with two single beds. There is a cot and a high chair available. Another bathroom with shower serves the entire house. The laundry room offers our guests a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Son Serra de Marina is a family residential area that attracts those people looking for tranquility and a beach. Its beach is made of rock, sand and pebbles and it is a beautiful virgin beach. In the town there are some essential restaurants and shops but to make big purchases you can go to Ca'n Picafort or Puerto de Alcúdia, both very lively places. Consult with the advertiser for possible additional expenses. Animals are not allowed. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.
