Villa Birikina is located in the village of Nova Vas, about 5 km from Porec old town. The nearest beach can be reached by car in 5 minutes and the famous Birikina restaurant-pizzeria is located directly opposite. Thanks to its facilities, it is an ideal place for a family holiday in Porec. All holiday flats were completely refurbished in 2016. The house has a total of 5 holiday flats with a shared 600m2 plot where guests have at their disposal an open 45m3 pool with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue, garden furniture for outdoor dining, well-kept garden and several parking spaces for shared use.Flat no. 4 for 2-3 persons with a total living space of 33 m2 is located on the 1st floor of the house and consists of a fully air-conditioned living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa bed for one person, a bedroom with double bed, a shower/WC and a covered balcony with garden furniture. Air conditioning and WiFi are available and included in the price.
