The living room is furnished with a sofa bed and a terrace overlooking the garden, ideal for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. There is also a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower, a bathroom with bath and washbasin and a separate WC.The outdoor area includes access to a carefully maintained small building with only 5 residential units as well as practical facilities such as a ski room with boot warmer, a bicycle storage room, a laundry room and a wellness area with sauna, steam bath, solarium and relaxation room (currently not accessible due to Covid regulations). An outdoor car park is provided for your vehicle so that you can explore the winter landscape without any worries.The surroundings of Bad Kleinkirchheim offer a wide range of winter fun. With 103 km of groomed pistes, including the challenging Franz Klammer World Cup course, 25 ski lifts and 12 km of cross-country ski trails, a true winter sports paradise awaits you here.
