Villa in Andratx met privézwembad
Here you can start the day with a refreshing swim in the chlorine pool, -at the complete disposal of our guests-, with a size of 10m x 5m and a depth that varies between 0.8m and 2.5m. After swimming, eight sun loungers invite you to rest under the Mediterranean sun. In front of the house, there is a large terrace with many corners to enjoy free time; perhaps with a good outdoor barbecue. Please note that the access road to the house is shared. There are several neighboring houses within the same plot, located at the back and front, so privacy is not absolute. Upon entering, a cozy living-dining room invites you to linger. Here, you can watch a movie on satellite TV, read a book next to the wood stove, or eat with the family. The spacious Mallorcan kitchen has all the utensils to prepare your favorite dishes, including a ceramic hob. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower. Ideal for six guests, this house has two bedrooms with a double bed and one with a bunk bed on the first floor. Additionally, on this floor there is a bathroom with a shower. If you are traveling with a baby, prepare a crib and a high chair. This house is ideal for your summer and winter holidays as there are three fans for hotter days and central heating for the colder season. Andratx is a Mallorcan town located in the west of Mallorca and gives access to the beautiful Sierra de Tramuntana. Because of this, it is a beautiful place for cycling or walking routes. The Camà des Correo is a path that runs along the sea, passing the small towns Estellencs and Banyalbufar. Both towns are very romantic and through a walk through the alleys you can reach the sea and swim in the middle of the mountains. In Andratx you find a supermarket, a gas station, cafes and good restaurants. The port of Andratx is luxurious and colorful fishing boats sleep next to huge yachts, creating an attractive contrast. There are high-quality restaurants and luxury goods stores. The next sandy beach is in Camp de Mar and it is fine sand. Additionally, you can visit the beaches of Santa Ponsa, Cala Fornells, Peguera and Portals Nous. The plot is not fenced and the access road is shared. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.
