The pool is made of salt and measures 7.5m x 4.5m, with a depth between 1.5 and 2m. On the terrace there are sun loungers to enjoy the wonderful Mediterranean weather, surrounded by fields of almond trees. Imagine it when they are in bloom! The orchard is fenced and has fruit trees such as apple trees, fig trees, pomegranates, orange trees and plum trees. In addition, it has views of the Tramuntana, declared a World Heritage Site, and the towns of Selva and Caimari. On the porch you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast while watching the sun rise or take refuge with a good book under the cane roof. There is a mobile barbecue to prepare a tasty family toast. The house is simple and comfortable. It has all the basic amenities for your stay. The entrance is to the living-dining room with an American kitchen. There is a sofa, an armchair, a fireplace, satellite television and a dining table. The kitchen runs on gas and has an electric oven, dishwasher and other utensils. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower and serves the entire house. The property has a mobile fan, two electric radiators and two wood stoves. Please note that firewood is not included. The surroundings with fields are very quiet. You can visit the romantic mountain villages in the surroundings, such as Selva, Caimari, Moscari or Mancor de la Vall or go up to the sanctuary of Lluc. It is a great area for excursions, whether by car, cycling or hiking. You can even do rock climbing. In half an hour by car you will reach the long beach of Alcúdia, with its fine sand. But the central location of this house means that you can easily reach any side of the island. In Selva you will find a small shop for your basic needs, as well as some restaurants. In Inca, which is 5 km away, there are larger supermarkets and all kinds of shops and services. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.
