Finca in Manacor met verwarmde jacuzzi
The exteriors of this property offer the opportunity to discover an authentic Mallorcan country house. Its rustic construction, surrounded by pure nature, offers beautiful corners where you can spend pleasant moments. An artificial grass area is ideal for sunbathing on 2 sun loungers or enjoying a bath in the jacuzzi, which can be heated up to 24 ºC. Then they have several terraces where you can have a glass of wine, read something or eat with family or friends. There are neighbors.
Upon entering the house, you find a living room-hall, a kitchen-dining room equipped with a gas stove and a bathroom with a bathtub. Going up the stairs you access the living room -equipped with TV and air conditioning-, the two bedrooms of the house -both with two single beds and a wardrobe-, and a second bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms offers air conditioning and space to prepare a cot and a high chair. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The house is located 6 km from the town of Manacor, where you will find all kinds of services such as bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and much more. In addition, from Manacor you have easy access to the paradisiacal beaches and coves of the south, such as Cala Romántica, 17.6 km away, and many others. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
