Nothing better than a refreshing swim in the wonderful chlorine pool that measures 4 x 8 meters and has a depth of 2.2 meters after a day at the beach or excursion around the island. The barbecue area is perfect for cooking delicious grilled meats and vegetables that you can enjoy under the traditional cobbled porch. The farm also offers total privacy.
The rustic and cozy interior is distributed over a single spacious and bright floor. The living room has a Smart TV and a wood stove for the coldest days; The kitchen has a gas stove and the necessary equipment to cook during your stay; You will find 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with 2 single beds and the last one with a double bed; There are also 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower and the other with a shower only. Finally, the accommodation has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and high chair if you are traveling with a baby.
The house is located just 5 km from the town of Porreres, a municipality known for its production of high quality wine and olive oil, which has been maintained for centuries and where you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay. The city has several places of historical and cultural interest, and offers a spectacular rural and natural environment, ideal for enjoying nature and hiking or cycling. The closest beach is the paradisiacal Playa des Trenc and you can practice your favorite sport on the Vall d'Or golf course. For possible additional expenses, consult the advertiser.
