The garden of this villa becomes an unparalleled place to rest and enjoy absolute privacy on this extraordinary island. All its corners exude vitality, joy and calm. Endless green surrounding the chlorine pool makes you feel like you are in paradise. It has dimensions of 10 m x 5 m, with 0.80 m to 2 m depth and an outdoor shower. Around it, eight sun loungers and a Balinese bed will catch you at all hours while there are rays of sun, or maybe even at night lying down with a drink after dinner under the clear sky. The barbecue may be a good option for this. The interiors, lined with natural stone, are very spacious and comfortable and are distributed over two levels. In the main room, you will find a practical ceramic hob kitchen open to the dining room and the living room. It is ideal since they will be able to prepare their best dishes, quickly bring them to the table and then rest accompanied by satellite television. The laundry room is independent and has a washing machine, as well as an iron and ironing board, at your disposal. There are three bathrooms with showers in total, one downstairs, another on the upper floor and a third outside in case you want to rinse off after swimming for a while. As for the bedrooms, they have one on the ground floor with a double bed, and three upstairs, one of them also with a double bed and the other two with two single beds. All rooms have a fan and space to accommodate a cot and a high chair, although only three have a wardrobe. During the colder months, the house is equipped with oil central heating. The rural and agricultural area of Es Llombards - Santanyí is full of paths ideal for hiking. It is located in the southern part of the island with easy access to paradisiacal coves and beaches, as well as the protected natural area of Es Mondragó.
