It is located in a quiet neighborhood, 6 km from the center of Porec.Villa Ellen Sophie has a fenced private courtyard with parking.The ground floor has a living room, kitchen with dining room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The kitchen contains all kitchen appliances such as oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with shower and bathtub.The house is also equipped with various amenities such as a washing machine, 4 air conditioners, SAT-TV and WiFi.In the courtyard there is a terrace with an outdoor fireplace and a large table. The back of the house has a separate entrance, where the owner of the building occasionally resides. The front side with pool and fenced parking plot is for guests only.The rear of the villa is not rented to guests.The rear of the house has a separate entrance where the owner of the house occasionally lives (mostly summer). They are from Munich.The owner does not have access to the courtyard and pool of Villa Ellen Sophie.He and his wife don't disturb guests at Villa Ellen Sophie.
