On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, the living room with dining area and open fireplace, access to the covered terrace and pool area, as well as the bathroom with shower/WC. From the pool area and the covered terrace there is a marvellous view of the sea and the surrounding area. On the 1st floor there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 with access to the balcony with loungers and seating, and the bathroom with shower/WC in the hallway. The whole house is air-conditioned and wifi internet access is available. In the basement there is also a tavern with dining table and seating as well as an infrared cabin.
