On the ground floor there is a modern furnished living area with a large sofa and Smart TV where you can relax after a day in the sun. A dining table connects the living area with a modern and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a smaller entertainment room with a sofa bed for 1 person, mini table football and satellite TV, as well as a bathroom with shower/WC also on the ground floor.On the 1st floor, this beautiful villa offers 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and with access to the balcony with seating area. On the 2nd floor there is a Finnish sauna and a spacious roof terrace with sun loungers, ideal for enjoying the sunset and the panoramic view of the sea. There are also 4 bicycles available.If you want to treat yourself to a very special holiday in luxury, then Villa Diva Exclusive is the right choice.On request, the pool can be heated outside the summer season for an additional fee.Groups of young people under the age of 26 are not permitted.
