The neighborhood is very peaceful, "tourist" and ideal for families with children who need a vacation without stress.Medulin is one of the top 3 tourist destinations in Croatia, with its well-known promenade, numerous restaurants, cocktail bars, and beach bars. Sandy beach Bijeca is beloved among families with kids and it's one of the most famous beaches in Istria.The historical city of Pula is 9 km away, with its lively old town center and popular ancient monuments. Villa is located in Medulin, 900 m from the sea.There are 6 bedrooms in the villa, each with a private bathroom. Our guests can use a private pool, a summer kitchen and private parking for 4 cars.On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and on the first floor there are 4 bedrooms.Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and its own air conditioning. Two bathrooms are equipped with a bath, and four bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with all home appliances including oven, freezer and large family table for 12 people.Villa Elodie in Medulin also offers a barbecue area in the backyard. WiFi is provided free of charge, each bedroom has a SAT-TV. Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge.The whole house is stylized and modernly equipped. The living room has a wonderful art deco fireplace. On the covered terrace there are 2 outdoor tables for a total of 12 people.
