The first neighbors live in Switzerland and come to the neighboring house only for holidays.Juršići is located near well-known tourist destinations in Istria, such as Svetvinčenat, Pula, Rovinj, Fažana, and Medulin.Guests of the house have at their disposal a private tennis court, basketball and football courts (100 m from the house). Sports can be played in the evening too (the court is illuminated). Most of the walls in the courtyard, and part of the facade, are decorated with expensive Istrian stone. For over a year, the stone was hand-coated by one of the best Istrian masters for stone facades and walls.A sense of spaciousness can be experienced in every corner of this property. The house once belonged to a famous Croatian-American actor. The balcony offers a sea view in clear weather.Very quiet location for a top family vacation.
