Start the morning with a refreshing swim in the chlorine pool, with a size of 6 x 3 meters and a depth between 0.80 and 1.6 meters. Around the pool, there is a terrace with five sun loungers and garden furniture where you can have a drink. The furnished porch invites you to spend evenings with friends and family.

Right upon entering, a comfortable living-dining room with satellite television and air conditioning welcomes you. A renovated gas kitchen offers all the appliances and utensils necessary to cook the dishes you most desire. There are three bedrooms with a wardrobe and air conditioning, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms with two single beds and access to the terrace. There is a second bathroom with a shower. For the little ones we have a crib and a high chair. They have a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Mal Pas-Bonaire is a very quiet area located on one of the peaks of the island, in the Alcúdia area. The house is located very close to the port, full of boats, and fantastic coves of fine sand such as the two coves of Sant Joan, or rocky coves such as the coves of La Victoria. A few km away, the Port of Alcúdia is ideal for practicing water sports, doing some shopping and enjoying good restaurants. Don't forget to visit Cap de Formentor or the traditional market that is held on Tuesdays and Sundays in the town of Alcúdia. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser.
