The yard has two parking spaces. The yard is also completely fenced and offers complete privacy!Villa Ivka is a charming vacation house where you will spend an unforgettable relaxing holiday with your family and friends. The villa was built in 1890. and renovated in 2015. During the renovation, the charm of the old days was kept and at the same time adapted to the needs of a modern day visitor. The villa has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed and a flat screen satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a large table and eight chairs, a toilet with a washing machine and a playground for our most important guests and their parents, equipped with foosball, darts and a Playstation 3. If you want to drink the first morning coffee with the relaxing sound of the birds, there is a terrace that can be entered from the upper floor room or from an outside staircase.In the surroundings of just a few kilometers you can enjoy the various attractions that this area offers, such as: Glavani park – adventure and adrenaline park Ranch Barba Tone – horse riding Istra-Adventure- Quad-,Buggy ,Yacht and Kayak Adveture Sanc.Michael Medieval Theme Park The amphitheater Arena in Pula and many more!
