The villa is situated in a spectacular setting and has gardens, terraces and private pool. HEATED POOL! The villa has 5 bedrooms (2 in a flat with separate entrance about 10 metres from the main entrance), 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a large kitchen. The villa is fully equipped for a perfect holiday. Outside there is a dining table and chairs and sun loungers. There is also a large summer kitchen with barbecue. It is about 5 minutes drive to the traditional village of Comares which has bars and restaurants. You can walk in 2 minutes to a local bar/restaurant.All our villas are located in beautiful natural surroundings and quiet village areas. Therefore, these homes are ideal for holidays for families and groups who seek and enjoy these features. Please note that the villas are not suitable and available for noisy parties.Large terraces surround the pool, all with magnificent views. There is a large outdoor barbecue with sink for outdoor cooking. There are sun loungers and shaded areas. The villa is surrounded by orange, lemon and almond trees, help yourself!In an exceptional location amidst almond and olive trees and with magnificent views of the mountains, the villa is situated on a country road, with a short distance from the road to the house. It is a house with a beautiful swimming pool and lovely terraces, some of which are shaded to enjoy al fresco dining. There is also an outdoor summer kitchen. All with fantastic views. The house is well equipped and furnished to an excellent standard. Torre del Mar is the nearest beach and is about 30 minutes away by car. It has an attractive beach and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children. Pedregalejo, 5km west of Malaga city centre, is another popular beach and promenade with many bars and restaurants. Nerja with its famous caves and stunning views of the Mediterranean is about 1 hour away, and the journey along the coastal road from Nerja to Comares is superb!PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PERSON MAKING THE BOOKING MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE.Please note that the pool heating is not available from 01 April to 15 November and there is an additional cost to be paid locally.Air-conditioning charges: a flat rate per week is included in your stay, after which you pay for what you use.Monthly rentals (28 days or more) do NOT include electricity, gas bottles (if required) and pellets for the pellet stove.It is possible to rent the villa from January to March and in November.
