It is a house with a beautiful swimming pool and lovely terraces, some of which are shaded to enjoy outdoor dining. There is also an outdoor summer kitchen. All with fantastic views. The house is well equipped and furnished to an excellent standard. Torre del Mar is the nearest beach and about 30 minutes drive away. It has an attractive beach and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children. Pedregalejo, 5km west of Malaga city centre, is another popular beach and promenade with many bars and restaurants. Nerja with its famous caves and stunning views over the Mediterranean are all about an hour away, and the journey along the coastal road from Nerja to Comares is superb! The village of Comares, the most beautiful white village in Axarquia, is delightful. It's a 5-minute drive away and has banks, shops, a bakery, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy and a doctor. There are also several bars and restaurants in the small hamlet of Los Ventorros, which is close to the village of Comares. Málaga and the city is an hour's drive from the house. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes. The house is perfect for visiting other parts of Andalusia, such as Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This region of southern Spain has the best climate in all of Europe and has excellent temperaturas all year round.
