In addition, various board games, DVDs and children's books are available for entertainment on rainy days.The bedroom spoils you with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and a spacious wardrobe as well as another TV set.Nothing is missing in the separate kitchen. A modern fitted kitchen with every conceivable appliance, from a fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher to a convection oven and ceramic hob, awaits you. A microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are also part of the equipment, complemented by an electric grill for cosy summer evenings on the balcony.The bathroom offers additional luxury with a rain shower, washbasin, WC and underfloor heating for cold days. For your convenience, a washing machine and tumble dryer can be used in the basement of the house.Outside, there is a separate bicycle shed and a fixed outdoor parking space for your car about 150 metres away. You can use the car park right next to the house for loading and unloading.
