A well-tended garden with Mediterranean trees and well-tended lawn precedes the living rooms. Behind the house you will find a beautiful olive grove. The location by the sea, with a view of the Kvarner Bay, the island of Cres and Losinj is terrific, uninterrupted views as far as Rijeka. The house has a rare, very pleasant charm that infects you, that never tires you and always surprises you. It is a pleasure to be in and around the house. Simply ideal to relax and unwind. The best way to relax from the summer heat is to jump into the crystal clear water. The beach is below the house. The house has its own "plaza", a concrete decking platform right on the coast (not exclusive, as beaches in Croatia must always be open to the public). The large public beach of the village is less than 3 minutes walk from the house, also directly under the property. A supermarket and restaurants are located just 350 meters from the house. In a few minutes you can actually walk to everything you need on vacation. The car can stand still…. The region also has a lot to offer in terms of cuisine.
