Finca Xemarri is tastefully and comfortably furnished. A pine door leads into the spacious entrance area and on into the spacious living/dining area (approx. 50 m²) with a solid oak table and chairs. The bright, friendly room is decorated with paintings by the owner. Large doors lead out onto the garden terrace. The very well-equipped, modern kitchen has a serving hatch to the dining area and access to the large covered terrace with barbecue area, where meals can be enjoyed al fresco. One twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room and two further twin bedrooms share a bath/shower room. On the upper floor there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, each with its own bathroom/shower room.One shower room on the ground floor is wheelchair accessible.In the large garage there is a guest WC with shower and a utility room with washing machine and further access to the kitchenOutside there is a swimming pool (12 m x 4 m, min. depth 0.5 m, max. 1.70 m) with floodlights and wide steps, spacious sun terraces with garden furniture for relaxing, a 20 m long terrace surrounded by vines and the well-tended garden. The sunsets behind the hills are unforgettable.For our youngest guests, the pool can be fenced off for children free of charge.
