The idyllic countryside setting is the perfect ally to make your stay in this magnificent estate memorable. Feel that feeling of calm, that breeze and the sounds of nature when you start the day having a delicious breakfast under the porch to gain energy for a long day at the pool. A nice pool that is cleaned with chlorine, measuring about 10 x 4 m and with a depth of 1.5 to 1.6 m, and even a jacuzzi inside to completely relax. Of course, keep in mind that the water is not heated. Although, what for anyway? If what you want is to cool off after sunbathing in the hot sun of the island in one of the 8 hammocks. And at night, a wonderful gas barbecue awaits you for your outdoor recipes. The plot is fenced and there are neighbors around.

With a lot of character and a single floor, this beautiful stone construction runs on solar energy and surprises with its mix of rustic and modern style. Upon entering, a large living-dining room awaits you, perfect for your gatherings with family or friends. It certainly invites you to save a bit of time to sit on the sofa or in the armchairs to watch satellite television, read or listen to some music. Even on cold days, the fireplace still provides much more warmth to the environment. In the kitchen you will find a magazine photo: modern furniture, a wonderful island with two stools, stainless steel appliances that include an oven, microwave and gas hob, among others, and also the washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are four bedrooms, two with a double bed and two with two single beds, and all with a wardrobe and a fan. If you travel with your babies, we will prepare up to two cribs and two high chairs in the bedrooms you wish. And finally, the house has two bathrooms, one with a shower and the second with a separate whirlpool bathtub and shower.

It is a rural house located in a very quiet area on the outskirts of ArtÃ, about 3.2 km. This is great because it will allow you to enjoy nature and tranquility, while having all the necessary public and commercial services nearby such as supermarkets, traditional bars and restaurants to try our delicious cuisine and not have to cook so much at home. It also offers easy access to the beaches of Levante such as Costa des Pins, which is the closest at about 11.5 km, and to dreamlike virgin coves. And if you are passionate about golf, there are several courses nearby, especially Golf de Capdepera about 8.3 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.
