The single-storey villa is located in a private and quiet area on the heights of Montana Rosa in Playa Blanca and has breathtaking views of the ocean and the coastline of Playa Blanca as well as fabulous views of the Femes mountains. The front garden is planted with a young palm tree as well as bougainvillea and geraniums. To take full advantage of the rear view, there is a terrace with a private pool measuring 7m by 3m and a garden with automatic lighting. There is also a teak terrace where you can soak up the Lanzarote sunshine and a Jacuzzi for a relaxing moment. The outside area is equipped with garden furniture, where you can eat around a table with six chairs and enjoy a Canarian barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee percolator and toaster. A washing machine and iron are also available. The living room is equipped with a table and six chairs, a leather lounge with a chaise longue and a TV unit with a 127cm screen and a satellite decoder capable of receiving Astra TV channels and Spanish channels.
