Its combination of a rustic style and those details in the purest paradise atmosphere makes it the perfect place for a well-deserved and peaceful vacation. Swimming in the chlorine pool, measuring 8 x 4 m and with a depth of between 0.7 and 1.8 m, while contemplating the beautiful views will be a privilege. Next to it, on a grass area, they have two hammocks to lie in the sun or disconnect by reading a book or listening to the sound of nature. Then, under the porch, midday or evening will be accompanied by a delicious barbecue. The plot is fenced and offers absolute privacy.

Upon entering, a majestic hall leads to the stairs that lead to the rooms of the home. On the 1st floor, you will find a large living-dining room, with satellite television and DVD, to entertain yourself while you rest or eat together. Your best recipes will be prepared in the kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, oven, dining area and direct access to the porch and pool. This height is completed by a toilet and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. Going up the stairs, on the 2nd floor, you find another bathroom with a shower and two other bedrooms, one of them with access to a beautiful balcony with views. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds, all with AC. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. There are several rooms with television but only the one in the living room has satellite. The laundry room is separate and offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The property is located about 2 km from Inca, a small town ideal for those who wish to stay in a central point on the island and have all the necessary services such as bars, Mallorcan restaurants, shops of all kinds, supermarkets and more. In addition, every Thursday its traditional market of artisan products, fruits and vegetables is held, which cannot be missed. Then we recommend getting to know Palma or the Sierra de Tramuntana. The closest beach is Puerto de Alcudia, about 25 km away, characterized by its crystal-clear waters and fine white sand. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
