The holiday home is located in the village centre of Tici on the Lustica peninsula.The upper and ground floors are connected by a wooden staircase on the inside and a stone staircase on the outside, while a spiral staircase leads to the roof terrace with a wonderful sea view.A ruin was transformed into a new, stylish building using old building materials such as wooden beams, stone overlays and iron parts. A bathroom was installed, a kitchen and a separate bedroom were built in the inner courtyard. With a lot of feeling and carefully selected details, a cosy holiday home was created.You can barbecue in the courtyard and dine and relax on a wooden garden set in the shade of a large umbrella. (Table and armchairs for 6 people). From the roof terrace you have a marvellous view of the sea and mountain panorama. There is also a seating area here. A travelling grocer comes by daily with the most important things. There is no public water supply or groundwater on the Lustica peninsula. The water comes from cisterns. On arrival by plane: Podgorica, Dubrovnik, Tivat (from here you can be picked up by taxi if necessary), a hire car can be organised. The house is located in the centre of Tici on the Adriatic side of the peninsula. It is very quiet, surrounded by old olive groves and woods. You can still hear jackals barking here at night. The following excursions are recommended: Approx. 20 km to Tivat (Porto Montenegro and shopping facilities), approx. 35 km to Budva (beautiful old coastal town), approx. 25 km to Kotor with its wonderful old town and fortress wall and you can cycle around the whole bay of Kotor with its old villages (e.g. Perast): approx. 50 km. On the way you will find good fish restaurants (Stari Mlini!) and restaurants. Beautiful excursions into the mountains to old monasteries or to the Lovcen, 1749 m are also recommended. Nearby beaches are Forte Rose approx. 1.5 km and Janica/Mirista approx. five km. There are various sports facilities in the area, an adventure water park, good restaurants and bars. From Janica beach you can take boat trips to Herzeg Novi, the "Blue Grotto" and secluded bays.If there are a larger number of fellow travellers, there are also 2 guest houses in the neighbouring village of MRKOVI, also stone houses. There is accommodation for 4-8 people each. 1 house has a pool.
