The 80 m² holiday flat is located on the third floor of a five-storey residential building in a gated community, just a few metres from the coast, the port and the train station in the town of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres. The house was last renovated in 2015 and can accommodate up to six people.From the living room there is access to the balcony. Here you will find a table and chairs as well as an awning and you can enjoy the view of the sea and the mountains. In total, the residential complex has two communal swimming pools, one for adults and one specifically for children. There are also communal ping pong tables, a mini golf course and a children's playground. There is also a 24-hour surveillance system. There are regular trains to Barcelona from the station. There are also restaurants within 100 m and the centre of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres is approximately 1 km away. The flat is ideal for a beach holiday with the option to visit Barcelona and offers the opportunity to go fishing.
