The spacious flat is situated in an absolutely quiet location near the world-famous "Lichtentaler Allee" in the heart of Baden-Baden. With 65 square metres of living space, your 2-room holiday flat will leave nothing to be desired. The absolute highlight of the flat are the two large balconies. They are accessed via the bright living room and the lovingly furnished bedroom. The flat is located on the 3rd floor.After a good night's sleep in the spacious double bed, you will find your clothes in the spacious wardrobe. A baby cot or extra bed can easily be placed in the bedroom. Both are available and can be set up by prior arrangement. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will not only have fun preparing breakfast, but you can also cook extensively here. As well as a coffee machine, toaster and kettle, there is also a ceramic hob with oven and a microwave. The necessary crockery is available for six people.You will start the day in a friendly bathroom every morning. Here you not only have the opportunity to do your washing, but also to give your laundry a new shine during a longer holiday, as a washing machine and iron are available.As the flat is newly renovated, we ask that you only smoke on the balconies. There are no carpets in the holiday flats, but pets are only allowed by prior arrangement. There is of course an underground parking space available for your car in both flats, which is already included in the flat price.You will eat your meals in the living and dining room. This room is equipped with many large and small details. In addition to a dining table, there is a cosy sofa bed with matching table and a wall unit. If you don't want to enjoy life in Baden-Baden for a day, you can watch TV or your favourite film on the DVD/CD player.
